About this assessment

Stress is how we react when life feels unpredictable or overwhelming. A little can keep us going; too much for too long wears down our health, sleep and relationships.

This check is based on the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10), one of the most widely used measures of stress.

PSS-10. Cohen, S., Kamarck, T. & Mermelstein, R. (1983). A global measure of perceived stress. Journal of Health and Social Behavior, 24, 385–396.
