About this assessment

Everyone has low days. When sadness, tiredness or a loss of interest stay with you for weeks, it can be a sign of depression, and it is very treatable.

This check is based on the PHQ-9, a questionnaire used by doctors and therapists around the world. Your answers help you see how much your mood has been affecting you over the last two weeks.

PHQ-9. Developed by Drs. Robert L. Spitzer, Janet B.W. Williams, Kurt Kroenke and colleagues, with an educational grant from Pfizer Inc. No permission required to reproduce, translate, display or distribute.
