About this assessment

Burnout is deep physical and emotional exhaustion that builds up over time, often from long-term pressure at work. It can creep up quietly until everything feels heavy.

This check uses the work-related scale of the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI).

CBI. Kristensen, T.S., Borritz, M., Villadsen, E. & Christensen, K.B. (2005). The Copenhagen Burnout Inventory: A new tool for the assessment of burnout. Work & Stress, 19(3), 192–207.
